    We realize you host links here to music that you like, and are flattered that you have chosen Diane among your featured artists. However, we have never made mp3's of this album (or "After dusk") available for sale or streaming.

    We're not sure if you have uploaded the songs yourself or not. Either way, by providing download links here, you are - perhaps unknowingly - in violation of Diane's copyright, and the copyright of the music's publishers. Perhaps you don't realize this compromises Diane's rights as an artist. As an independent musician, she produces (i.e. funds) 100% of the costs of making a record, and the only way to recoup this is by selling CDs at concerts and through CD Baby.

    The company which hosts the downloads you're linking to is not paying Diane a penny, and they are acting illegally. Please help support Diane and other indie musicians by upholding her rights, and removing the downloads, and links to them, from your site. If you're going to feature this album, you are most welcome to post its link at CD Baby:
